Description: 

• SOC team review ,Daily Service issues review and escalation
• Co-ordinate with required team to closure in specified SLA
• Present analyst report on SOC performance on weekly basis to Senior Management ,Interact with Clients team in terms of escalation

Eligibility: 

• Over 70% above in X,XII,UG and PG and  no standing arrears

Note: If Selected you will have to sign with us ,Employment Bond Agreement for a period of 2 years
