Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issue related with Share Point Server
- Deliver Technical support for MS Share point server
- Troubleshooting issues with integrated technologies like WSS,Active Directory,SQL,IIS and exchange server
- Effective communication to manage customer expectation
- Participating in case and technical Triages
- Content Creation
Candidates Profile:
- Sound Exp in Window Server (2000 and above) Platforms and business application
- Knowledge of Windows NT would be added advantage
- Exp in Windows Active Directory Services and IIS
- Good understanding in OS and Network Technologies
- MCSE/MCSD certifications desired
- Strong skill in Troubleshooting security-related issues involving NTFS,IIS and Active Directory/LDAP and SQL Server
- Good Communication skills -spoken and written
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent Customer Services skills and effective learning skills
- Critical Exposure area
- Networking
- SQL and Exchange
