Job Responsibilities:
- Application Support in terms of business research and background information which is needed by end users/Business and meeting the support SLAs
- Application Processes,Logs and taking appropriate resolution actions in case of failure
- Using support tools and escalation mechanism in case of application failures
- Documents all he changes and enhancement
- Responsible for training and mentoring the team
Candidate Profile:
- Basic knowledge in ERP Systems,SAP business Objects is desirable
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good Analytical abilities
