Desired Skills: 

• Network Routing  protocols/Firewalls/Routers/Switching
• Wireless - cisco wireless controllers
• WAN Technology -Frame Relay,Basic ATM configuration,MPLs
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as Cisco works,MRTG,Netcool,solar Winds,cacti
• Others -SNMP,TACACS,RADIUS,Fibre Knowledge,TFTP,image upgrade

Nice To Haves:

• Unix and Scripting knowledge are also added advantage
• Certification -CCNA an advantage
• good problem solving skills 
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
