Job Description:
- Over all Systems Administration of Ericsson OSS
- Integration of Telecom Nodes with OSS
- End to End troubleshooting for the issues related to OSS Platforms,Fault Management,user management,Software/Hardware Management and so on
- Trouble Ticket/Change Request handling a per SLA/WLA
- Customer Service Request Handling
- Co-ordination with Design Unit- OSS
- Co-ordination with external suppliers for 3PP Hardware /support
Required Technical Skills:
- Good Knowledge and understanding of UNIX ,Linux ,Virtualization, VMWare,VSphere,VCenter,Cloud Computing,TCP/IP, ORACLE
- Good Knowledge and understanding of support Processes
- Good Knowledge skills on System Administration of OSS
- Experience of Integration and commissioning of OSS
- Good Knowledge and understanding of GSM/WCDMA
Mandatory Human Skills:
- Customer oriented
- Should work well under time constraints
- Good oral and written communication skills
