Job Description:
- The global customer support center will consist of Customer Support Representatives(CSR) and Monitoring Analysis.(MA)
- CSR's will answer all customer facing phone ,queues ,accept and respond to all customers emails and will be primery ticket owners
- MA's will identify incidents via the " alert management systems' assign a CSR and Engage the appropriate technical group for resolution.
- Primary interface for partner service desks
- Phone ACD Management
- MA/CSR should act as a tier 5 technician where he can be able to resolve repeated incidents tickets with the given SOP in any(windows/UNIX/network) domain
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates should possess B.E.B.Tech/MCA and have 1to 2 years in the IT infrastructure customer support environment where he handled global customer'calls ,email and alerts.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Should bring in positive energy and be a highly motivating team members
- Strong Knowledge in Java/JEE and SQL
- Knowledge on XM ,Webservices,structs MVC, springs Weblogic,Sencha extJS,FUSE CAMEL in an added advantage
