Job Description:
- Good communication skills
- Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our goal customer Over phone which involves in different time zone.
- Take calls form Global Customer and initiate the right Response
- Deal with wide range of products using a powerful information Database
- Provide remote solution to problems ,probe problem and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand
- Flexible to work in night shifts
Eligibility: Any Degree
Experience: 2 - 6 years
Salary: 1,50,000 to 3,00,000/ Per annum + incentives
Location: chennai
